Reliable and trustworthy turnkeys?

Hi all,

I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy turnkey company. I am looking to purchase a couple of rentals from overseas. Can you recommend a reputable, reliable, and highly responsive one?

I had started talking to a well known turnkey because they had good reviews but the representative just stopped replying to my emails and didn’t call me on our scheduled meeting.  

I heard about Bridge Turnkey, they seem to have good reviews but given my experience with the “reputable” turnkey described above, I am anxious to start talking to another one ? Have any of you dealt with them lately? Do you recommend them?

Do you recommend any others?

Hey @Zalfa Hamedaldean, I hate to hear you had that experience with that turnkey provider. That would definitely rub me the wrong way too. 

It may be a bit more helpful to know if there are any specific markets you are looking at to invest.

As @Russell Brazil said Memphis Invest has been around for some time and has a pretty great reputation. Can’t speak to their delivery  

Another turnkey I’ve been talking with is Passive Wealth Builders. They haven’t been around as long as Memphis Invest, but they offer some solid guarantees. They have properties in Memphis, DFW, and Huntsville. I haven’t made the leap yet with them yet, but @Forest Skufca has been super responsive to all of my inquiries.
