Gaffney funding frauds and scam artists

I was approached by Bill Gaffney. I did not move forward because he was charging fees up front that was my first real picture of yet another fake lender. I think there should be a group of people like my self who post all the loans that that have closed with private lenders and post all the scam artists so that we will know the good ones from the bad ones. Sad part they have a web site and every thing and I think some thing should be done to shut down all the scam artists in this industry.
