Anyone using Paperless Agent services and/or templates?

Howdy! I've been thinking about signing up for Paperless Agent. I've "attended" a few of their webinars, and their templates and systems look GREAT. I wouldn't mind paying for the service to be able to use their stuff.

If you have signed up with them, please let me know your thoughts.
