Turnkey recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a turnkey company that services the Dallas-Fort Worth area?   I'm primarily interested in multi family and small apartments.  

I'm aware that Memphis Invest has a footprint in that area but I believe they offer only SFR.

Any comments and recommendations would be appreciated.
