Has anyone dealt with them before? Are they legitimate and have their methods paid off? They claim to have started an inner circle (now with 10-12 members) that have to cough up $50K to get in to get direct access to their methods, database, leads etc. Its a huge amount of money and don't want to get scammed Thanks!

I don't know then and not sure I have even heard of them. However I think the offer is absurd. $50K for training? Do you know how much money and how many years it would take to earn that money back?

What methods are those? There is pretty much nothing new in real estate. Often Gurus use some creative new name for a very mundane tried and true method, just so they can charge a lot of money.  There are a number a very experienced tax lien and deed investors right here on BP.
