Who is the Yellow Letter Guy?

I know we have someone here that specializes in sending out yellow letters but I can't remember his name.  I'm getting ready to do some direct mail and would like to chat about my options.  Can someone either tag him in this thread or post his name/website so I can track him down?  Thanks.
