as a member in Houston. Everything said above is true. I am a PIG member(the top membership) and would say do the lower level if you are new. The higher memberships do more for you but the 10k membership should only be for people with over 2 million net worth, Who want to play with big cash deals. If you can't invest 300k cash for deals or finance a $2 million property top membership(PIG) is not for you.
