Ohio Turnkey Companies and Ohio Market Generalistics

Hello,

I am a new member and excited about this website.

Here are my questions:

1. I am exploring the Ohio real estate market and wanted to know if anyone can recommend and/or has feedback/experience/reviews with turnkey companies in Ohio?

2. Any Ohio real estate professionals or property managers anyone would recommend and/or has feedback/experience/reviews on?

3. Which areas are considered good areas to explore in Ohio?

4. Are there any special characteristics in Ohio that needs to be understood?  For example in Nevada its detrimental if the landlord does not pay the sewer bills or Texas has areas with ridiculously high property taxes.

Thank you for any advice for a newbie and yes, I have a lot of due diligence to do on my own.

Actually @Larry Fried Ohio's unemployment rate currently sits at 5.0% versus 5.6% for the US national average.  Cincinnati  and Columbus are also in the top 10 lowest unemployment rates for metro with >1M people, and Cleveland top 25%.
