Insight on WeBuyHouses.com

I'm hoping someone on the BP forums can share some insight on webuyhouses.com licensing. I've been in discussion with some folks over at webuyhouses.com and I'm looking at purchasing the license for my area.  Are there other members who are using the webuyhoues.com "brand"?  If so, can you share with me some of the advantages/disadvantages that you've experienced? I am in the process of ramping up marketing, and have looked at ListSource and yellowletters.com to try to handle my marketing.  Is there a significant advantage to paying the license fee and working with webuyhouses vs. trying to do the work on my own?

@Brian Grignon I will personally try to do the work myself with creative online marketing. It best to build your list from those who are searching online for properties to buy and sell. Just do some keyword research and get your brand out there in from them..pretty much just that easy.

Good Luck Brian

Hi Brian - Glad to see your are investigating the brand!  I'm pretty active here in BP, and I also know every one or our licensees personally.  There are a couple of them that I've seen on BP, but for the most part, they are not involved in these forums.  Our licensees tend to be larger, successful investors.  BP skews towards newbies with low or no marketing budget.  Wish you the best as you consider the direction you're going to take!
