Comparable houses

I thought I might pass this link a long. I was on yahoo and found a real estate piece that linked me to this site. I thought it was a great source for info and best of all it's free.

I was always looking for a good source of comparable homes, market analysis/trends...etc. If anyone has some good links that don't require a membership please post them!!

But I wanted to pass this along to everyone. I think the best feature is when you click on a property it automatically pulls up as many comps in the neighborhood you can find. I don't know how accurate there "value" is they assign, there financial models might be poor. But hey its free!

Just wondering if any of you have used the sight before and what your thoughts are on it?
