Avoid Kardia Holdings .inc or any other subsidiary

I don't want to give too much information as I have a lawsuit against them but avoid Kardia holdings inc, also known as Kardia real estate, Kardia communities and several other names linked to the same board members Christian Hiscock, Carolin Gallardo and Michael T Hamdar in Calgary Alberta, they have taken several investors, employees and property owners for a ride and owe a lot of money, they keep saying money is coming but payment never happens. They have been reported to the securities commission and several lawsuits have started against them. 

hopefully this keeps someone else from getting burned.
