The owner of Trademark Properties is going nationwide. He was the original guy on the Flip this House series on HGTV. He now has shows on TLC, The Real Estate Pros. The information they have provided sounds like they will be offering partnerships or franchise opportunities, very similar to the HomeVestors program. Anyone have any other information on this?
