Turnkey LTR Real Estate

Joe Maris
Posted

I'm new to turnkey (TK) real estate. I would like to hear from experienced TK investors. Specifically, has anyone purchased SFH from multiple TK companies? Doesn't matter how many, just that you've worked with more than one TK company. If so, can we connect (PM, email, phone, etc.)? Feel free to comment/reply on this post as well. I'm just hoping to have some "off-line" conversations about your experience(s), and compare TK companies. Thanks.

Hi @Joe Maris

I've predominately purchased rental properties through turnkey providers.  I've used 2 in the past, but predominately purchase through rent to retirement.  Company has a strong model and typically has a solid inventory.  They are always searching for new ways to help investors out.  I've currently got 3 new builds under construction - just waiting to be completed.   Also check feel free to reach out to @Zach Lemaster who has been an invaluable resource.

I'd be happy to discuss more if you want.
