The first multifamily home is for me and for investment purposes.

Hello friends. I want to start my business in the real estate industry with multifamily homes.

I have the opportunity to purchase my first home in America and additionally acquire several units.

I would like to inquire with professionals, gather various advice, and clarify what I need in order to obtain the opportunity to take such a home. What conditions must be met for me to be granted a loan for such a home?

How can I calculate the required down payment, and what should my credit score be?

I'm interested in everything as I'm just starting to explore this topic.

I would appreciate any guidance!
