How to find maintenance

Hi, 

We’re buying our first property today, and wondering how we find maintenance people for emergency services that we can put into our welcome letter to the tenants. 

Also, if anyone has someone they know in Chicago, that would be reliable as a maintenance contact, non-emergency, please let me know! Thanks ahead of time!
