Starting out looking for first house hack deal for sfh or a duplex in Springfield area or suburbs. Anyone in the area interested in mentoring ? I have background in maintenance and building renovations so I can be of assistance with these needs to offer value to you as well. Any guidance would be great. I can go as far as Kansas city to learn from a seasoned veteran and provide support .
