Best Zip Codes to Invest between Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
Hello! I will be moving to the D.C. area for a job in a few months. I am looking to invest in a property somewhere between Baltimore and D.C. I am looking at a single house purchase with a conventional loan for about 400k. I will be house hacking. Does anyone have any recomendations on strategy, zip codes, and neighborhoods? I did a micro analysis to understand crime rates, poverty rates, and college education. I've yet to do a rent yield which is most important but anyways here are the top 5 zip codes using the data I found.
