Hello Bigger Pockets members!

I am currently in the learning phase of real estate investing. I am ensuring to take my time when learning the ins and outs of real estate investing and the different types of strategies available.

I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts non-stop and loving the content and knowledge I have gained already but, Iam interested in purchasing a few books that are related to real estate investing.

Besides Rich Dad Poor Dad, what are some of your favourite real estate investing related books? Do you know of any that are tailored more for a Canadian investor?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and keep crushing your goals!

Cheers,

Duncan

As a Canadian buy the BP books from Amazon.  Amazon offers free shipping + no tariff of $20 on a book... and a good price.  As a tip, the biggest amount of learning after the Rich Dad and Podcast phase, was just going out and looking at properties...  making offers, talking to various lawyers, insurance brokers, banks, community banks, building relationships with realtors in different towns (2 hrs within Ottawa) all while still listening to podcasts.
