Hello Bigger Pockets members!

I am currently in the learning phase of real estate investing. I am ensuring to take my time when learning the ins and outs of real estate investing and the different types of strategies available.

I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts non-stop and loving the content and knowledge I have gained already but, Iam interested in purchasing a few books that are related to real estate investing.

Besides Rich Dad Poor Dad, what are some of your favourite real estate investing related books? Do you know of any that are tailored more for a Canadian investor?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and keep crushing your goals!

Cheers,

Duncan
