Thanks Thomas for the referral.

I started to panic when I was getting slow/no response from another broker that I was working with.  I was afraid I won't get insurance in time.  But Alex Bell was great and it is a plus that he specializes in insuring in real estate.

BTW, to everyone else, what Alex told me is that the underwriter that he works with has no limit.
