Rental Property Draws

Hi everyone,

For those of you that take draws or distributions from your rental property's income, how do you normally calculate it?

Do you process it as, say, 10% of gross rents for the month or quarter?

Or, do you do something like 25% of net profits after all expenses per month or per quarter?

Thank you!
