Charlotte NC Rental - Looking for a mgmt Company

Hi there. I currently own a rental in Charlotte that I’ve been successfully managing from afar for years. I think however the time has come to let another party manage the property for the time being. I’m too tied up on other projects/life changes to get it turned around after my current tenants move out at the end of this month. If anyone has any recommendations for local property managers that could be interested, please let me know. Property is at 5022 Silabert Ave, Charlotte and is a 3 bed, 3 full bath with 1500sq ft.
