Researching Property Management Software

I recently purchased a Short Term rental property and plan to self manage the property. Any suggestions on the best, user friendly Property management software (PMS) and Accounting Software?    I am currently considering Hospitable and OwnerRez for the PMS. I am considering Get Clearing and QuickBooks for the accounting software.   I am open to any feedback or suggestions that you may have. Thanks in advance for your feed back.
