Applications to Manage multiple Airbnb VRBO listings

Hello all! 

I am seeking recommendations for an app that can integrate with multiple platforms. Currently, we manage approximately 40 short- and mid-term rentals, in addition to a few long-term properties. Due to the nature of the shorter lease terms, I am spending an excessive amount of time updating my Excel spreadsheet, MLS, business website, Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms. Is there an app that can streamline this process by synchronizing updates across all these platforms, thus alleviating the need for constant manual updates?

My business has access to AppFolio, but it doesn't seem to communicate with the STR side of things.

Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated!
