Property Management Recommendation

My current property manager has all but abandoned my rental in South Jackson. Lessons learned - she was new to setting up her own mgmt company and I gave her a chance but have had continuous issues over the past year. Right now the property is empty due to non paying tenant that had to be evicted. House needs alot of work due to tenant damages.  Looking for minimal cleanup on this house to get in marketable shape and move on.
