Orlando PM Fee's
Purchasing a new primary and turning my current house into a rental and looking to hire a PM but some of the fee's seem high.
1 quote - 100% 1st/month rent if i self-manager, or 75% 1st/mo rent and 10%/mo for PM to manage.
Again, im new to this but from reading and talking to people there is a typical finders fee ~1000$ and 10%/mo rent if the PM manages.
Also, any PM recommendations in Orlando would be great.

Yes, they are within a "normal" range. For just one unit, we charge 100% of 1st month for self-managers and 50% + 10% for us to manage.

@Robert Pierce That sounds quite typical. I can refer a couple of great PM's in Orlando if you want to get another opinion or two.

That sounds pretty normal for the area.

Hi Robert
Only $595. lease fee here and 10% mgmt. Indeed, where we pay a REALTOR commission, we are initially under water, but look at the long- term probability the rental will remain in the system. Also running a new owner incentive in January for 1st quarter '25.
Check our Google reviews and contact me.
