Denying Applications in Accordance with Fair Housing Laws

I recently had a request to apply for a unit come in that said "I am apart of the St. Vincent de Paul challenge program and are looking for housing that's willing to work with the program. All expenses will be paid on our behalf through them." Would it break fair housing laws to say we are not willing to work with the program since it's not a source of income and they pay on their behalf? Thank you!
