Creating a Project Timeline for a Multifamily Property

Hey guys,

I am currently in the process of closing on a two unit duplex that I will be occupying while renting out the other unit. One thing I want to be prepared for is repairs and remodels. Specifically, creating a property project timeline for work that needs to be done and when to prioritize XYZ. Does anyone have any excel/spreadsheet templates they use for organization and having a place where you store that budgeting and timeline information? What is your way of organizing? I want to continue to invest in the property especially after getting back the inspection report which had a little more work than expected but I can roll with the ball! Let me know if you have any advice for organizing expenses and projects to stay up to date on the health of the property.
