Wynd Smoke Detectors
I am wondering if anyone has experience with Wynd Smoke Detectors and if they’ve had success with them detecting marijuana smoke?
I just bought a Minut to put in a unit where I know the tenant is smoking cigarettes but I have a tenant that we ALWAYS see smoke his cigarettes outside yet when we go in his unit it stinks like marijuana.
I don’t allow smoking and my insurance company is cracking down and now requiring me to say no smoking on the premises.
I need some sort of proof regarding the marijuana smoking and wonder if a Wynd unit is the solution?
