I'm working with a seller, he's disabled and the tenants stopped paying rent 2 years ago. He's paid the sheriffs office twice and they haven't got them out. Its caused him to go in to extreme debt and he just needs to get this handled. 

He is going to give me power of attorney to handle it... any tips?
