Feedback on Management Platforms (Baselane? Stessa?...)

Good morning all - I've been using RentRedi for the past year but have heard good things and am exploring Baselane and Stessa. Any feedback from direct users of Baselane and Stessa that also have used RentRedi in the past? Would love your insight and/or simple list of pros and cons.

For Baselane I'm interested to hear if folks have opened an account with them and what that looks like - are you immediately transferring to an existing property account or actually using their account to manage things? I already gave separate accounts for all my properties and don't love the idea of having another account.

For more reference from my side on RentRedi is a bit clunky to navigate, make updates/changes and while I know it's tiny I don't love that it charges my tenants to pay their rent.

Any insight is appreciated - thanks very much!
