Group renters insurance policy for multiple doors

Property manager here. As we continue to grow doors, we're exploring the idea of purchasing renters insurance for our tenants and extending the cost to the tenant for a monthly fee. Any preferred vendors for this and recommendations on the best way to set this up? 

I guess my questions is: could I purchase one policy that would cover the tenants in multiple units?

    Great thanks @Michael Smythe, in your experience can you itemize the tenants that have the Resident Benefit Package? As in, can some opt in and other opt out? Watching the demo video now.
