Getting Qualified Tenants

Nicole Cruz
Posted

Hello! I am an Asset Manager with a portfolio of 11 distressed Multifamily assets in Houston. (Spread throughout Houston). I have a couple affordable properties and need help get HAP residents in. Any advise or connections to Houston Authority? Any locators out there that specialize in this? Thanks!

Their website has resources, to include a Landlord section in the menu: https://housingforhouston.com/landlords/partner-portal/
