Tenant will be evicted , as court has already order writ of possession. How to collect all the past due rents from them? Any recommendation for such services or collection agencies? TIA.

@Hiren Patani Make sure the process will end in a judgement or you take the next step and file for a judgement, it differs by area.  Maybe someone with more experience in collection can offer additional advice.  You can also use the search function and see what is already out there on collecting judgements in TX.

You would usually go to Small Claims Court and get a judgement (this is the easy part). Then have the judgement legally recorded. The tenant will usually not be able (or want to) pay you what they owe, but this judgement will follow them around forever, making it difficult for them to get another rental. buy a car or get many loans....

This will sometimes force the tenant to pay up, but don't count on it.....

I recently saw a tic tok from a lawyer saying if someone owes you money but doesn’t pay you should issue them a 1099-C. Then they can deal with the IRS. You might not get your money back but they might think twice about ripping someone else off🤷‍♂️
