Being a successful multi family manager
I’m getting ready to launch my property management business. As an investor I want to be in the apartment investment space. As a property manager I know single family homes are less of a stressor. With that being said I’d like to get any advice I can on what it takes to become a great property manager in the multifamily space.
As far as tips and tricks on how to go about successfully managing an apartment complex. Managing apartment units aligns with my business and personal growth goals.
Thank you so much a head of time!

I couldn't agree more with @Gabe R. Gonzalez and @Scott Mac. I started out as a Leasing Consultant in 2017 and in less than two years was promoted to Community Director/PM, managing Class C to Class A assets, leading renovations, creating budgets, hiring/training/firing (sad face), new construction, etc. You really will learn most being 'hands on'. Multi-family offers more scenarios and sometimes challenging tenants, but it is so rewarding! I'd be happy to connect and chat, if you're interested.
Artfully,
Lorien
