Innago Maintenance Requests Documentation

Have any of you that are Innago users created documentation on how to submit a maintenance request? It's not super easy and I wanted to provide documentation on how to do those things. 

If you have other documentation steps on how to do that as an "end user: that would be fantastic.

If not, that's okay too. I'll spend the time to do it, but thought I'd check first,
