renting washer and dryer

What do you charge to rent a washer and dryer to your tenants?

I just signed a lease on a SFH that includes $30/month for each device to rent (not rent to own). Bought new for $450, I figure after 15 months I will get a solid $720/year profit for about 5 years before they fail.
