Anyone else have a problem finding a good general maintenance company?

Hey all! We are a smaller PM company in Denver and while we seem to have found some great trades in some areas, trying to find a general maintenance and/or handyman service has been tough. Sometimes we have smaller maintenance requests and while I don't mind lowering them on the prioritization scale, it gives me heartburn thinking about who I can hire to complete the job since some companies won't even touch it. Has anyone experienced this? Also, if anyone has a reliable company in the Denver metro area, I would love to connect.
