Property Manager Spread Sheets
Hi all! - I am a real estate agent stepping into the property managment space and like to stay as organized as possible. Any property managers or landlords out there have some good spreadsheets they are willing to share? Or any tips for keeping records? TIA!

Quote from @David Walton:
I agree with KC, a good property management system can be key to success. Beyond that, look into a platform like Lead Simple. They help build out processes for you that require you to complete a task prior to moving to the next task. LS can help you manage everything from lead management, to the entire resident experience like move-in tasks, renewals, etc. It's a little pricey upfront as they help you build out your tasks but it has been a game changer our business and accountability.
