Business Credit Card Receipt Tracking

Hello Everyone! I work for a property management company and we are expanding rapidly and need a better process for tracking receipts. We manage over 50 companies in all different areas of Western New York. Right now, we have about 20 different credit card users on our account and our process is when you purchase something, you must bring the receipt into HQ and stamp and code with the correct company/property/unit. This old school method is beginning to be an issue with missing receipts and our maintenance staff is frustrated having to drive sometimes up to 1.5 hours just to get to HQ to drop off receipts. Does anyone have any alternatives? Ideally we are looking for an app or a website to make this process run more efficiently. Any advice helps! Thanks!

There are so many paperless solutions!

One option is to use a phone app like CamScanner or GeniusScan that allows user to take a pic of a document and converts it to PDF. Then they can send this to Receipts@your company.com with whatever other info you need in the email text.
