Best Tenant Communication Software

Hello all - I manage a property management company and am looking for advice or suggestions on the best communication software to use to interact with your tenants. We currently use Appfolio as our property management software and use RingCentral as our communication software. Although Appfolio is fantastic, the communication tools it has are lacking in our opinion. As a result, we have opted to use RingCentral as a VOIP phone/text tool. We are struggling with RingCentral and are looking for suggestions for an alternative. We would prefer the software to enable us to call or text and operate via VOIP. I'm considering Nextiva now but would love to hear others' recommendations or suggestions on what other products we should look at. Thank you in advance for your help!
