Tenant, Daughter, Daughters Boyfriend

Posted

I have a tenant who hardly ever stays at her apartment but has let her 20 old daughter move back in and the daughter brought her boyfriend with her.  They are nice people but I'm not sure how to handle the lease now.  Should everyone be on the lease?  Any advice is greatly APPRECIATED.  Thanks in Advance.

Hello. We would require all occupants be on the lease. The daughter and boyfriend would each need to apply so that we can check background information. Good luck!
