Time spent in meetings

Hi all! I wonder what kind of meetings are needed to run a successful agency, how much do you spend in meetings and how you allocate days of the week to run different type of meetings.  I am curious if people, for instance,  only show a property on given day/days of the week to avoid constant travelling, allocate all zoom/virtual meetings together to reduce context switching, etc.
