requesting: reputable property management company

Hi There

I plan to rent my house in the coming months in North Houston, Spring/Woodlands area. This will be considered my first residential investment property that I own. So Jus' wondering after a typical google search on which company to choose is it just me or do some of you feel it's kind of challenging finding the right property mgnt. company?

I need a few recommendations of reputable licensed company's that will not only collect rent and maintain the property but also
handle most aspects of managing the property, including tenant screening, lease execution, rent collection, maintenance coordination and payment, move-in/out inspections, annual required maintenance, in-person inspections, late rent collections, and evictions etc.

I prefer not to spend a ton of money on selecting a descent company, hope that makes sense as I would like to profit from renting my home instead of paying all kinds of fees annually to a good company.

Last question, after selecting the right company is it a good idea to purchase the landlord forms that BiggerPockets offers OR do I go with the lease contracts/forms the property management company has to offer new landlords?

My goal is to save money and make money at the same time. :)
