Window screen requested by new tenants

Hi everyone,

So this new tenants moved in, we did the move in inspection and I let them know they could add to the list until the end of the month if they find another issue that was not seen during the move in.

Today they sent me the list today everything was ok except they added that the window screens were missing, truth is we never had them, should I just tell them that we don’t provide window screens or should I install new ones?

Do you guys provide screens on your rentals?

Thank you!

How much could the screens cost?  $100 - $200?  Just put them in.  Would you rather they keep the windows open and have bugs/critters come into the house?
