Looking for suggestions for an affordable and effective direct mail service for a newbie investor? All suggestions welcome. I have 4 list that needs attention. Also does anyone have a great cold calling script or link to a script or video or something on cold call training?

@Jerryll Noorden DMM has made me a couple hundred thousand dollars. The return on a good list is insane. I'm not saying you don't have something going on. I'd even happily take a look at what you're doing. However to discount direct mail completely is wrong.
