What's up guys! Man this feels great knowing other people. I have a pretty long story when it comes to find a place. My grandfather owns a 3 bed 2 bath behind midtown village and is probably going to sale sometime this year. I may be able to buy from him but at the moment that is on stand still. So, my wife and I came together and really thought about what to do next and my in laws own a self storage business. I'm a travel nurse so we are trying to find things like mailbox money so we can both go back to school if we so choose. We are probably looking for existing facilities that established. I currently live in Birmingham but guys, I would love to meet y'all and bring our heads together. I've looked around the MLS and it's crazy because they don't stay long. I'm also starting out and trying to find my footing. I would love to meet you guys because it seems like you guys know what you're doing!
