I was forwarded this article today: http://www.linkedin.com/today/post/article/20130701213914-33236097-finally-the-best-times-to-cold-call-revealed I thought that it might be of interest here. The first part of the article refers to cold calling. The second half has stats on incoming calls that are hard to ignore.
