What are some ways I can find deals?

If anyone has strategies or book I can look into to fine deals I would appreciate the help.

There are many ways to find deals.

Some are better than others, and some are simply the best, yet there are some advantages and drawbacks to all.

A lot of thought goes into strategic lead generation and this is where there is a huge continuous debate going on which lead generation method is the best.

You can focus your effort into just blindly getting leads where you continuously have to do the work and/or pay money to stay in business, or you can focus on doing the legwork now and set up your automated lead generating machine so you continuously and automatically get leads whether you do the work  or not.

Most investors do not have the patience or foresight to realize  that lead generation is something that takes finesse, technology, systems and opt for  always grinding  as long as they see something happening (which is not the same as "seeing results".

That said,  your question  should not be  "what are some ways to get deals".

Your question is how do I set up a lead generation system that will provide me with continuous deals and make money from these deals.

You cna do door knocking to find deals, you coul dput up bandit signs to find deals right? BECAUSE you can  absolutely "get" a deal doing these, woudl you say they are valid methods to work your business? Of course not!

Now do you see why I corrected your question?

The smart investor considers 

  • ROI,
  • Time to Deal, 
  • Ease Of Deal, 
  • Set-up Effort Per Deal, 
  • Continuous Effort Per Deal
  • Time Invested Per Deal 
  • and others.

I call these "the decision factors".

When you take all these into account you can write up an equation where you assign a "weight" to each of these decision factors. The weight reflects how important that decision factor is to you and you select the lead generation method that exhibits the highest score.

Forinstance:

DMM: Low ROI, High Stress To Deal, High Effort To Deal, Immediate Results Per Effort, etc. etc. and you add all the scores of each decision factor.

You do that for SEO

DMM

Cold Calling

Driving For Dollars

Auctions

Bandit Signs

And you find the best lead gen for you that fits your personal phsychy.

Although this is a very valid and scientific mathematical way to make it work (numebrs never lie) I do not agree with this.

My character is as follows... I will simply do the research backed by facts and evidence NOT opinon and determine which lead generation simply is THE best PERIOD, and I will study it, master it and dominate it.

That is what I did.. and well...

My results speak for themself.

Just know one thing... do understand that a lot of people will have their opinion and make it sound like fact.
