Quality Wholesale Leads

I pulled a 10K lead list from Propstream, but 80% of the list was not viable for one reason or another once call center began calling. Either they were scrubbed by National DNC, or not available, or wrong number. Besides List source, what are good sources of bulk lead lists? I need 10K to 20K leads per month. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

You need to spend all of your money until your get this wholesaling thing out of your blood.  So keep it up and buy 100K names!!!!
