DNC/Litigator Cold Calling
Hey everyone,
I've recently got into wholesaling and am currently driving for dollars and cold calling potential sellers. When I skiptrace their address, sometimes I get a warning that the person is either "DNC or Litigator". I was wondering if it still legal to call them since I'm not a telemarketer? Do you guys not call these numbers or do it anyways?
Thank you for your time

Maybe they're just goofing on you, you should call them all and don't stop until you get someone to pick up the phone finally.
